1. Palazzo Versace hotels

Locations: Dubai, Macau, Australia’s Gold Coast

Versace’s designs are nothing less than decadent, and of course the same can said about the Palazzo Versace hotels.

Currently, there are three hotels, with the first opening up on Australia’s Gold Coast in 2000 featuring 200 rooms, 72 flats, a ballroom, bars, restaurants and, of course, a Versace retail store.

The second location was slightly more obvious, with its second property in hotel mecca Dubai. Located on the banks of the Jaddaf Waterfront, the hotel opened its doors in 2015.

2. The Karl Lagerfeld

Location: Macau

Just like the Palazzo Versace Macau, The Karl Lagerfeld hotel is a 271-room tower within the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort.

Opened in December 2021, the late designer’s signature style and ethos are infused into the property’s DNA, from the building’s architectural elements to the specially commissioned furniture and art in the rooms and suites.

The hotel comes complete with a venue called The Book Lounge, which is inspired by Lagerfeld’s picture-perfect home library in Paris.

3. Armani Hotels

Locations: Dubai and Milan

Envisioned by designer Giorgio Armani, the first Armani hotel opened in Dubai in 2010 and occupies 11 floors of the tallest skyscraper in the world, the Burj Khalifa.

Even better? You can live there! The hotel’s Armani Residences offer one- and two-bedroom luxury flats featuring Armani/Casa home furnishings that are designed to reflect the personal preferences of Armani himself.

A second property, Armani Hotel Milano, opened soon after in Milan, Italy in 2011. The hotel is a picturesque 95-room palazzo on Via Manzoni, also decked out in the house’s trademark chic designs.

4. Bulgari Hotels

Locations: Dubai, Milan, Paris, Bali, London, Beijing, Shanghai, with more coming

With just seven private, luxury suites, Palazzo Fendi celebrates the fashion house’s commitment to creativity in all forms, from its latest collections in the boutique and the property’s architecture to the various eye-catching installations created in collaboration with emerging artists.

6. Louis Vuitton hotel

Location: Paris, yet to be completed

French label Louis Vuitton is transforming their headquarters in Paris’ first arrondissement into its largest global store and first-ever hotel.Of course, with an address like that, the property offers guests spectacular views of the city’s iconic landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame.

The project was announced in 2022 with an opening date yet to be confirmed.
