Approaching the winning post FAIRY HORSE (A Atzeni) improved into a narrow run between STRIVE FOR GLORY and MA COMET and then was taken in slightly when MA COMET was crowded by LEAN MASTER (H Bentley).
A Atzeni was advised to exercise more care to ensure that there is sufficient racing room when he improved into runs.
H Bentley was advised he must stop riding and straighten when his mounts shift ground when not clear to do so.

Horse No 8 GREAT ACHIEVER (J049) Z Purton After the race, Z Purton stated that his mount, which was racing in blinkers for the first time, over-raced badly throughout the early and middle stages and got its head up when being positioned close to LEAN MASTER.
